What we collect

Contact form: the business name, your name, mobile phone, industry, plan and message you type. The form opens WhatsApp with that information; we use it only to reply to you.
Demo chat: the messages you type in the live demo are sent to OpenAI to write the reply. They are not used to train models. To prevent abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address and the time of each message, and delete them after 2 days.
Our clients' customers: when a business uses our agents, the agents read and answer that business's customer messages (chat, text, calls) following the business's instructions. The business controls that information; we process it only to provide the service.
Your browser only: your language choice (English or Spanish) is saved in your browser and never reaches us.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request, your account or your appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver the messages for us.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent personal information.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
We don't store your IP address, only a one-way hash that can't be turned back into it.

Providers

Cloudflare (hosting), OpenAI (AI replies), our messaging and phone providers (to deliver texts and calls) and WhatsApp (if you choose to message us there). Each one gets only what it needs to do its part.

How long we keep it

Demo chat hashes: 2 days. Contact requests: up to 2 years after our last conversation, or less if you ask. Client data: while the business is our client, then deleted or returned as the business decides.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by WhatsApp or text at +1 939-739-1619. We are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above.
