These terms cover answersellai.com and the AI agent services of AnswerSell AI, operated by Víctor from Carolina, Puerto Rico. By using the site or the service you accept them.

The service

We set up AI agents that answer a business's calls, texts and chats, book appointments, take orders, follow up and ask for reviews, in English and Spanish. Plans, prices and setup fees are the ones shown on answersellai.com or in your written quote. Phone minutes and messages are billed at cost.

SMS program

Program: AnswerSell AI messages about your request, your account, your appointments and the service.
How you join: by giving us your mobile number in our form, by text or by WhatsApp and asking us to contact you.
Frequency: varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Help: reply HELP or write to +1 939-739-1619.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities as a client

Give us accurate information about your business (hours, prices, services, policies) and keep it up to date.
Only have the agents text or call people who contacted you or gave you permission, as required by the TCPA and carrier rules, and honor every STOP request.
Review and approve what the agent says before it goes live.

AI limits

AI agents can make mistakes. They are instructed never to make up prices or promises and to pass anything they don't know to you, but you remain responsible for the offers and commitments of your business.

Payments and cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled in the first 30 days if you don't see results. Discounted setups require a 12-month plan. Setup work already delivered is not refundable unless your quote says otherwise.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, the United States.
